Before you send: your request goes to Taylor Made Media Pty Ltd, which runs this site. We pass it to one local QBCC-licensed builder, who may contact you to arrange a site visit and quote, and we email you the builder's business name and licence number. Your details are not sent to anyone else.
What happens next
You'll get an email with a reference number. We aim to pass your request to a local builder within one business day (7 am–5 pm, Monday to Friday, Queensland time), and the email will tell you who it is. Requests sent after hours are picked up the next business morning.
