Service area: Brisbane suburbs within about a 20-minute drive of the service-area base on the Ipswich side of the city. Each suburb below has its own page. Nearby suburbs such as Westlake, Riverhills, Jindalee, Wacol and Ellen Grove can still be quoted through the form, but don't get a page until there's something genuinely local to say. Suburbs much further away don't get location pages.

Local ground conditions
The Centenary suburbs are hilly, with many 1970s terraces. Riverside streets can sit in flood and waterway overlays. Newer estates are compact cut-and-fill lots on clay. Always check Brisbane City Council's flood and overland-flow mapping for your address before you regrade or build.
